Week 2 and dropped 6lbs. First time for ages I've been heading in the right direction. Am quite focused which is good. Have to say that fruit is my saviour. Sensible portion sizes, correct diet and fruit if I start to struggle, which I do a lot. Hope to drop another 8lbs by the end of February.

Well done. :). Keep up the good work.
You could sneak to the sales and get something pretty and cheap to motivate you.
Well done algar60! I've been on a healthy eating "diet" for 2 weeks now, I'd like to lose a stone (14lbs). I've been doing really well, so I thought, but I weighed this morning & I haven't lost a single pound!!!! The last time I weighed was 2 weeks ago. Feeling really gutted!
Think we all have different ways of dropping weight. I'm happy to munch on fruit during the day and eat a decent meal in the evening. Sometimes eat a breakfast of poached eggs, bacon cooked in the microwave and tinned tomato's. Nothing fried but a good breakfast to kick start my day. Works for me. My biggest problem was continual grazing in the evening. That's my biggest challenge to stop that but I'm doing ok. Get rid of everything in the cupboard you know is bad for you and don't pretend. Don't get disheartened and don't let it beat you.
Hi Algar60,
Congratulations on losing 6 pounds - that is really great! Good that you're quite focused - and good luck with dropping another 8 pounds by the end of February.
