As a family we eat healthy, my downfall is cheese and crisps and choc....I eat lots of fruit and veg, it's the picking on kids nibbles which is my down fall.... It's a long term challenge that I pray I stick too... Any words of wisdom for nibblers would be great!

I am a nibbler too! My tips is to not try and stop nibbling to start with, just make the nibbles healthy. Sliced peppers, cucumber, carrots, mangetout and other healthy stuff. Have a big tub of them all pre-chopped in your fridge so that you can just grab some when the urge strikes!
Then, in time, you'll start to nibble less Good luck!
Engevita ( powdered brewers yeast from independent health food shops) is great, a yeasty cheesy taste in flakes. Add to marigold stock, lovely.
I drink lots of herbs tea/ water which helps too.
