i v got to lose 2 1/2 stone for an operation never tried to lose4 weight like this before but mind set to be healthy and fit worth it in the long run

I can't do the no-carb thing - not long-term, at least. I tried it once, but decided that living without the odd fresh roll, croissant or flatbread just wasn't living.
Admittedly, keeping it to the 'odd one' is essential. ☺
i use rivita and find better comfort in feeling filled up again mind over bread bread stops the process starts the weight gain
