5 1/2 kilos lost and well on target help not having carbs no rice , bread , flour and pasta4 inches off me waist wow come on peeps lets beat this thing.

i v got to lose 2 1/2 stone for an operation never tried to lose4 weight like this before but mind set to be healthy and fit worth it in the long run

Well done!

I can't do the no-carb thing - not long-term, at least. I tried it once, but decided that living without the odd fresh roll, croissant or flatbread just wasn't living.

Admittedly, keeping it to the 'odd one' is essential. ☺

i use rivita and find better comfort in feeling filled up again mind over bread bread stops the process starts the weight gain

5 1/2 kilos gone and 4 inches off your waist line WOW :-) your doing great. I can't imaging not having carbs though. I love rice, potatoes, bread and pasta :-)
