This is always the worst time of the week for me as I love a glass or 4!! Of cava, love a takeaway, and watching Strictly!
Having the cava as per normal! Will cook my own Chinese and prance around the lounge when sloshed while strictly is on🎶😀

I do the same thing only mine is a cold crisp white and a curry LOL At least we should have danced some of the calories off if not all.
