I tell people that I grew an inch in my twenties from working on my posture with Alexander technique. But I must be shrinking again in my 30s because when I get measured at the docs it always comes out closer to 5'3" than 5'4". I still have aspirations though! Who says we have to stick at round numbers anyway. I might start saying 5'3.5" too
