I have been struggling to get into this healthy eating and exercise! in fact I haven't had much motivation at all and was dreading my doctors appointment today about my weight as I am on a weight loss management programme at my local GP surgery!
I went to see my doctor feeling really bad and thinking oh god wonder how many pounds I have gained after hardly doing anything! because the scales don't lie! lol, but my GP said I have lost 3 pounds now I know it doesn't sound a lot or is a lot! but after hearing that small weight loss made me feel much better in my self and made me a bit more motivated to do more!
does anyone know any tips to get motivated and to keep motivated!
