I have been struggling to get into this healthy eating and exercise! in fact I haven't had much motivation at all and was dreading my doctors appointment today about my weight as I am on a weight loss management programme at my local GP surgery!
I went to see my doctor feeling really bad and thinking oh god wonder how many pounds I have gained after hardly doing anything! because the scales don't lie! lol, but my GP said I have lost 3 pounds now I know it doesn't sound a lot or is a lot! but after hearing that small weight loss made me feel much better in my self and made me a bit more motivated to do more!
does anyone know any tips to get motivated and to keep motivated!

Keep coming on this forum! That will keep you motivated and focused. 3lbs is a great weight loss, put 3 packs of butter in front of you, that’s what you’ve lost! Or put 3lbs weight in a plastic bag and hold it at arm’s length in front of you, see how long you can carry that weight. Now, you see what 3lbs is!!! Good luck Abbyb, keep going, there will be good weeks and not so good weeks, but just carry on!
