Just an update following my weigh in this morning. I've lost another half kilo so I'm now 76 kilos. I'm losing about half a kilo each week now. Thanks for the words of encouragement and all the best to you all on your journey to good health.

Thanks all. I'm feeling positive. I hope you are too. As well as being lighter I am starting to tone up thanks to the exercising I've been doing. It's finally cooled down enough to be able to do some exercise most days. I'm doing the Davina 'Fit in 15' DVD every other day which is 15 minutes of strength training and some cardio. I'm also walking the dogs more.
