started my first week of dieting this week. I had a sneaky weigh in this morning to see if anything had changed on the scales. I have lost 3lbs so far yippee, hopefully it will be more by the time Monday gets here. I am under no illusions tho. I know the first week you always lose more but its made my Friday just that little bit better anyway

That is good. The first two weeks are the hardest just trying to get into a routine.

Thanks. I am determined to lose the weight as I don't want to be the fat bride and end up hating my wedding photos in the future. I am so glad I came across this site.
I braved the gym for the first time tonight. I managed 40 mins. That was all. It is not easy and not fun. But it must be done.
