Here goes...my second attempt to post!
Yeah...a whole stone of unwanted excess energy has been burnt off never to return.....amazing...I feel just brilliant.
Although I usually shed just a pound a week, this whole plan is so simple to follow. (For me...) despite a girly weekend away full of wine, and monster munch (pickle onion flavour), i danced and was very active. I just tried to balance cals with exercise...if you can call my jigging from one foot to another dancing/exercise!..im so happy with the plan, the food I'm eating and being part of this wonderful forum.
So thank you my forum buddies....you are so kind sharing your inspirational stories and cheerleading everyone on to their own goals.
