I'm Irish and living in Cardiff, so rugby is very definitely still on!
Sticking closely to my one eight Welsh background....
Well the English seems to be doing well at losing so you should go great guns!
What do you call an Englishman at the Rugby Quarter Finals?
Ref.
OK OK thats it - I'll stop now
Dave the Aussies totally deserved the win but you have won a battle not a war. It must be refreshing to buck the losing trend against England because losing regularly to anyone does become boring. Good to see that you've recruited an Italian to teach you how to scrummage. Our time will come again, good luck for the rest of the tournament.

So very well done for tackling the demons, I found some years ago, through blood type diet ( yes I'm O positive) , which I still loosely bas my eating on.
I addressed the why/ how I'd come to see certain foods, upbringing , comfort foods etc, it was an interesting inner journey, and released me for the future.
This is a tough one, worth visiting, if you feel you can do it? So much of that journey then begins to make sense, well it did to me.
You will over time change your over eating habits, take one day at a time, and don't focus on the 'fail' days, we all get them, my idea of over eating now is prob none 1500 cal days, and prob 2000 cals.
I try to relax and not stress these days, my appetite has been almost non existent, although I'm eating wisely, although I do feel a bit hungry now. Very strange, I just seem to crave fruit and veg!
Take care, and I hope your wife, will, help you 'portion' your new food journey, you are doing so well, for every 1 lb, it takes 5lbs off your knees, a great thought I think, imagine picking up all those bags of sugar you have lost!
