hi there warmbo please don't get dis-hearted over the pound you have lost you are a pound lighter than this time last week so, may i make a suggestion think about what you did last week you may be just doing one little thing that just needs adjusting but please don't think a pound is all you have lost every pound you lose your a pound less if you would like any help up to yet i've lost 7 stone with 6 more to go if you would like some advice i'm here to help take care Alan
Sorry you haven't lost this week but it can be that way some weeks and then you lose a bit more the following week (hopefully) to make up for it.
It maybe that some of your fat has converted to muscle from the walking so you may be a bit more toned if not lighter.
Try to keep it up and as Alan said see if there is anything you did differently this week which may have affected your loss.

This happens sometimes. Think you hav been really careful and then no,loss or even a slight gained. Don't know why but just happens.

Water retention can also be a problem. But go and pick up two packs of butter. Put them as hygienicalmly as possible close your waistband. Well done to you, that's how much weight you have lost this week.

if you are exercising, imagine if you have actually lost 1.5lb of fat, but gained .5lb of muscle, making the total loss 1lb. its easily done: try measuring yourself weekly to see if there is any difference.
