Thanks so much everyone for the lovely messages of motivation and support in reply to my last post! So much appreciated. One stone to lose - hopefully by my 30th birthday in 15 weeks! Today is going to be a good day, bring it on we can do it!

Congrats its great to see someone who has a realistic goal and starts early to achieve it.

I'd suggest you gather every tool you can - whether or not you necessarily think they will work - and try them all.

For example I have never been someone who listens to podcasts but I needed something to distract me from cravings when I was driving so started to listen to qa podcast called Cut The Fat and am now addicted - plus its hard to think about eating chocolate when you all you can hear is health health, health in your ears :)

Have a great day :)
