pleased with a 5lb weight loss this week, next week hopefully my first stone will have gone 12lb total loss in two weeks actually observing my food intake?

Thank you, probably a high percentage water loss but pleased all the same. I'm sure losses will slow dramatically but as long as I can keep it going in the right direction I remain realistic I hope that it took me a long while to reach my weight it will be a long journey getting down to a lighter, healthier weight. Everyone's support is very much appreciated.
