There's no hopefully to it, Your user name says it all, dannywill, not dannymighthopefully :)

You can do this, along with all the rest of us. Have you decided whether you're going to follow the NHS 12 week plan, or not? Many of us are, successfully. Others are going along to weight loss clubs.

Whatever you decide is right for you, you'll find heaps of support along the way from the great members of this forum.

All the very best to you.

As am I. Started today, so far so good, even if it's only a day. Starting the couch to 5 k as an extra kick to it, defo have a look if you haven't. Good luck - take it a day at a time!
