Ready, Set, Go!

Tonight I've read up on everything ready to start my first day on the NHS weight loss diet. I've never tried a calorie counting diet before and a bit scared of what the next few weeks will bring, also excited to see some results.

Welcome cm. I find posting and reading posts on here really useful for focusing my mind particularly when I am having a wobble. I would also recommend my fitness pal which is a free app that counts calories for you. Anything to make life easier 😀 Good luck and keep us up to date with how you are getting on.

If you are starting out take body measurements and also photo in underwear from the front and in profile. I didn't do it when I first started and wish I had. I did this when a few months ago I started on a paid on line programme of diet and exercise and have found it quite motivating as even if the scales result wasnt as good as I had hoped for there was a very noticeable change in body shape and measurement.

If anyone is interested Google The Body Coach. Worked for me may not work for everyone.

Good luck just started myself . Finding reading posts helpful. Giid to know not on my own
