Hi all, wondering if anyone else has found they lost quickly for first 4 weeks then pretty much stopped after that?
I lost 5kg in a month, then 3kg the following month but non the last 2 weeks. Ive tryed dropping my callorie more so now only have 1340 a day and I do 10000 steps a day min and run 5k 3x a week. Help I'm loosing the will

I'm sorry but you have to give more information. I don't know of you are a 6'5" male who weighs 300 lbs or a 5'2" female who is battling to lose her final 3 kg's so giving an informed answer is very hard.
I will assume you are a male seeing as though you are talking about having cut DOWN to 1340 a day.
This is WAY too low for a male who is as active as you. Your body is going into starvation mode and refusing to allow fat to be released.
Even this website run by a biggest loser trainer recommends no less than 1800 a day when you are being very active, like you.
