well done for your weight lose i've lost at this weight check anothe 3 3/4 lbs that just over 8 stone i have now lost just over two and 1/4 left for my target i was nearly 28 stone when i first started now i 19 stone a 3/4 lbs so keep up the good work take care bigalan

Well done you! That is an inspirational journey. Where do you feel you have lost your weight from most? I am amazed to find that I am slipping out of my shoes, so it must be going from my feet of all places.

well done on your weight loss! I am also on a Thursday weigh in. At the end of week 1, my weight is down 1lb. husband lost 5lb! our evening meals have been similar but he missed a couple of lunches due to work issues. I'm happy enough with losing a lb, I have been focusing on portion sizes but need to drink more water and reduce portion size a bit more. onwards and upwards!
wow what a great start when that first pound comes off you will now starting to think next time it could be two pound just remember ever pound that you lose is a pound lighter you are and well done to you hubby 5lb wow that great so well done to you both take care kind regards bigalan
Seven pounds in one week! What was the most helpful thing you did this week? My high is that I have reached my mini target of loosing a stone. I weighed exactly 13 stone this morning. Last Thursday I was 13 stone and 3/4 pounds. My weight loss this week is 3/4 pounds. My next mini target is to get to 12 stone 7 pounds. I will try to do it by keeping up daily exercise except for Sunday which will be my day off. I shall continue with the graduate couch to 5 k app (stamina) every other day. I shall do Zumba, yoga and Pilates on the other days. I am not writing down what I eat, but I am trying to keep a mental note. I will continue with this for as long as I am loosing weight. Inbetween meals I will continue only having fruit, or 100 calorie snacks if I am desperate. I will continue not to have cake or biscuits in the house. I will try to drink more water. I will chew slowly and savour my food. If I feel I need comfort, I will ask why and try and get comfort in a different way. I am happy for the weight to go slowly because I am committing to a new way of life and adjustments take time. As the weight goes I will buy something to wear that fits me and makes me feel nice, even though I will give it to a charity as the weight goes off. I want to feel good as I progress. Fingers crossed, I will make it.

3lb off since last week......that will do nicely......trying to slow up gradually on alcohol at weekends that lead to munchiesπ
Try...unto.......we have a caravan and socialising always leads to overindulgence.......not going this weekend tho.......
I seem to be stuck at losing 4 lbs - though I have lost some cms from my shape over the last weeks. Have a do coming up soon and really wanted to have lost another 2 or 3 lbs by then. I've been walking more or less every day which probably accounts for the change in my measurements - but of course ithe cms aren't coming off where I want them too - isn't that just like the thing! Anyone got any "bust" toning exercises please?
