I am just coming to the end of my 12 week plan which I began after a trip to the doctor's where I was advised to start controlling my weight. I then started to notice it in photographs of myself also. This spurred me on to begin the NHS diet plan. It has now become a part of my daily routine and I have adapted to use it. Now it no longer feels like I'm dieting because it is now so natural! Obviously, everyone has bad days- or bad weeks! But all in all, it has been very manageable.
I have re-joined the gym and have been going 3-4 times a week, I go with friends most of the time which makes it more enjoyable and motivates me more.
In total, on my 11 week weigh in, I've lost 1st 6lb and hopefully on my way to another 2lb this week. (Average of 2lb a week, with the exception of a couple of weeks on holiday etc.) I am chuffed with the results and will definitely be continuing. I feel healthier and happier in my body than ever. I would advise the 12 week plan to anyone because it has been very easy to stick to and has given noticeable results. If I could talk to myself a year ago, I would've made myself start there and then.
