It isn't difficult to loose weight - it's hard work. And it's is ten times easier to gain than loose. I found it is a balance between watching the Calories, exercise and sheer determination! Make a plan. Eat healthy - nothing processed. Keep a log: find out what puts the pounds on. Then change it. And don't give up.
Your GP should be happy too help, maybe book a double a appointment to make a full plan with them, get all your questions answered. GOOD LUCK!
I use' MyFittnessPal' It helps with meal plans, everything.
