I use MyFitnessPal alongside the 12 week plan, it makes it really easy to track calories and portion control ... Good luck 🌸

Plan to have healthy snacks, things you can turn to during the day to help you stay focussed between meals. I have small muesli bars, apples, different kinds of teas, bananas etc. Have things like this handy for when you need them. Lots of luck!

Also join Lowcal/Prin's Monday weigh-in, look out for the 'join me for a Monday weigh in' post. They're both really helpful and encouraging.
