Today I survived a kid's party! Woohoo! No cake for me! But boy was it hard work. Solution seems to be to keep busy and absolutely do not lurk around the leftovers at the end.

Love the cartoon. At my mum's party today I did an awful lot of washing up so that wouldn't go and stand next to the buffet or the barbecue!

Got to agree with you about keeping busy. In the evenings, which used to be my worst times for sitting on the sofa and watching TV and eating, I now go to bed early. If there are leftovers from my kids meals/snacks they just go in the bin and i dont feel guilty anymore.

I agree that evenings are a bad time. I too go to bed early!
