This week I have lost 1 lb bringing my total weigh loss to 55 lbs. I did not weigh in last week as I was in Blackpool but still got my work outs in whilst I was over there. This week I have been non stop working out and although the results are not what I expected I am not giving up.
Now that I am getting smaller the calories I burn are no where near what they were so I have to continue to work just as hard as I have been. Before I was burning 100 cals in 10 mins now I am burning 100 cals in 16 mins so I will have to extend my workouts this week and be on point with my calories to get bigger results next week hopefully I am now 185 lbs coming from 240 lbs so I am making good progress and am really happy making it this far.
Here's to another good week ahead and good luck to everyone on their journeys x

Hi Jenny27, thank you so much I am definitely proud x
Wow, you have been working out like a woman possessed! If you want to increase the cals you burn then it may be best to increase the intensity of your workout rather than the duration. High intensity training tends to burn more cals and it means that you're not having to devote more and more time to exercise
Hi MagsMM that is a really good idea, I will work on this for the coming week thank you for your continued support and watch this space x Have a good week hun
