I have signed up to The Body Coach. There is a cost but will educate you to feed your body correctly (recipes provided) to enable you to lose fat together with a structured exercise routine.Check him out on Google (Joe Wicks) as it sounds like you may well like his programme and you can see the numerous endorsements and transformations of his clients. I'm 2 months in to a three month programme. The food is amazing and the workouts are certainly working for me.
Don't generally like to make recommendations about anything so have a look and make your own mind up.
Make your own food from scratch, then you have control over what you put in it, and use an app like Cook & Count to enter your recipes and it will calorie, carb count it for you, save them for future use. It's not designed to follow slavishly but to help you with calorie awareness and portion control. Good luck with it.
