Hi Patsyfab,

Have you done lots of walking since getting your pedometer? You said 'Off I go' so I am presuming you've been somewhere and hopefully done lots of steps. Hope you enjoyed it.

Hope it's going well. Great that you've joined a group in your office for a weigh-in, and you've faced the worse bit in terms of the initial BMI measurement - hopefully that will reduce as you get lighter and healthier.
