Really sorry to hear you've been sick this week, and it's good to hear you're feeling much better now. Make sure you're definitely feeling up to that circuit class on Monday, as it's important to look after yourself after you've been ill. Don't overdo things too soon.
I find that I usually gain weight when I'm not very well - try not to let it bother you too much, and hopefully it will soon come off again, now you're feeling better.
Thanks for your good wishes.It has been a tough week but I am sure I will turn it around. It's weird but I have really missed the regular exercise so I am going to have a quiet weekend and ease into circuit group on Monday.
