Get up and go out, have a change of scene. Leave your wallet at home so you don't feel tempted to pop into any shops and just go for a walk with your thoughts. Then come home and write down all your good intentions and try to get back on track. Hope that helps - it helps me
We all have bad days where we fall off the wagon, the trick is to get back on straight away. Remind yourself of the reasons you wanted to lose weight and the goals and rewards you have set for yourself. I re-read my goals and reasons for starting regularly, i also keep photos of my progress and a weight loss journal, i can read back through and see the progress ive made, helps me wonders. Do you have a goal outfit? I have a pile of goal clothes where i can see them which helps keep me focused too.

No one's journey is the same as we are all individuals and have our own way of doing things and coping with changes. Taking the first step is to love yourself the second step is believing in yourself and getting in that frame of mind that you can make a change. It's all about what goes on the mind and finding the strength and courage that will take you above and beyond your own expectations and sticking to it. Planning is the number one key ingredient needed above all else then comes putting your plan in to action. It isn't easy but it is doable if you believe in you then anything is possible. Good luck x
