Hmm ...I think deep down you know that answer.
From my own weightloss experience, and from what Ive learned from others, when you get this close to goal , it is pretty unlikely that you can lose more than 0.5 - 1.0 pound per week . Maybe relax your goal now and rejoice in what you've achieved so far. Just try and maintain, and over the next few months another pound or so may disappear unexpectedly on its own. It did for me.
I agree. The long term is what matters. You sound as if you are a lovely weight. Much better to be able to stay at a healthy BMI for ever than to go up and down. There is evidence that yo-yo is worse for your health than being a bit heavier but stable. And personally I find stability is much better for my happiness levels. I wish I had not done severe dieting when I was younger. I would probably not be overweight now if I had done it slower and more sustainably.
It can be done. If it's short term loss you're after. Exercise is part of the key
(Swim walk) and reduce you calorific intake. ( cut out treats and replace with carrots, celery) replace a meal with a meal replacement shake. Many things can be done.
You can lose a few pounds each week before June 16th.
Good luck! You can do it!
Hey that gives you just under 2 weeks, i would look at what you have been losing up til now, and go from there. You dont want to set yourself up to fail, but with determination and watching what you eat carefully and upping the exercise you can aim to lose as close to the as possible. Stay strong and you will do well. You have well well up til now, so you should continue to do so
