Lost another pound

Started weigh in on Mondays now, and weight is 10st 3lbs. Really need to stay dedicated but so easily find it a chore. My aim this week is too get to 10st. Here's hoping !!!!!!

10stone would be a real milestone achievement. You can do it.

When I got to that weight I found it really difficult to lose more than a pound a week so don't beat yourself up if you only lose a pound. It's much more sustainable to lose slowly.

My other half finds it a chore and I understand but when you get the results you want from working hard to achieve them then everything all becomes worth it. Keep going you can do it
