Please can you give an example of a days eating? And what your height and weight is so we can check how many calories you should be eating a day.

Are you trying to do too much at once? Should you have a look at your food elimination diet? Are you eliminating foods with medical advice and support?

Good luck.

Its difficult when you are first starting out finding the right balance to keep you nutritionally sustained and help you to lose weight. Could be water weight as food high in sodium, retains water, would explain the bloating. Have a look at your food diary and see if you are eating anything that you could swop for a healthier option. White bread for wholemeal, full fat milk to skimmed etc. Are you doing any exercise on top of the 10000 steps? If your doing weights you could be forming muscles which weight more than fat. Most importantly dont give up!! Trial and error food and exercise to find what works for you as everybody is different. Stay strong

Get the FODMAPs sorted out first before you start a diet. Feeling bloated and lethargic may be caused by gluten, keep a food diary to see if it will help you working it out.

The kind of food you eat is just as important as the amount of calories, in your case it may be more important.
