Three days in

Started my exercise programme yesterday, 30 minute walk with dogs. Today I managed 20 mins on the exercise bike and 100 jumps on the trampoline, followed by some arm exercises with light weights. To keep myself motivated I bought some new work trousers and did my nails and tan. Hoping that if I make myself write a post daily I will stay focused. Thank you to everyone for the welcome and good luck to us all.

Well done you. I'm a great believer in the motivating power of a manicure - you can't snack with wet nails. Keep it up.
