Hi Lynn62, well we all have bad days and sometimes you just have to relent and go with the yearnings. The most important thing is not to continue into the next day. Put the brakes on and start again, it's not the end of the world to have one bad day but it could be very difficult to recoup the lost ground if you think oh well I've blown it and continue eating. Don't beat yourself up instead pick yourself up and move on. All the best.
