Week 5 still on track πŸ˜€

Just weighed in at end of week 5, another 2.5lbs gone (albeit over two weeks). Was away travelling at work last week where it's a challenge to manage the calorie intake so easily ( slipped a few times!). Managed to keep up the 10k steps a day which I am sure really helps. Found it tough going keeping the motivation through these two weeks, but dogged determination has paid off. Now at 9.5lbs loss after 5 weeks, just short of my 2lbs per week target.

Thanks to all the other success posts, helps keep me going knowing it can be done!

Well done. Never easy when routine changes. My husband doing 10k steps and difference starting to show. Steady loss is always best way. Good luck.
