Hello, I was just wondering if anyone could recommend some reliable bathroom scales. I am keen to buy myself a decent one. Thanks in advance! :)

Hi, sorry I don't have an answer to your question, I am just using my old fashioned analog ones at the mo, but am also looking into buying some fancy ones so interested to see which ones others recommend. 😊🌸

I use weight watchers ones. It calculates weight, body fat percentage, water percentage and BMI. I like them.

Withings scales are really good. They sync to an app, and the scale measures weight, fat mass and bmi, heart rate (and weather and air quality!!). And the app tracks exercise levels. I also got the Withings Blood pressure monitor and that tracks on the same app. The graphs and charts that display these values over time work really well at motivating me because you can really see progress.

So did I, the really silly thing is, no manufacturers name on them.

Some-one in the sales department is clueless!

But I find for me the key is to keep them on a strong, flat, rigid board in the same place. it gives absolute consistency.. For instance I weighed myself before and after drinking a mug of water. 1lb difference, exactly the weight of the water I had drunk.
