Last week 12 st 11, this week 12st 10 so a loss which is good. I have got well back on track so hoping next week will be even more of a loss but feeling great so that's good. At the weekend we went out with friends and I drank quite a lot of wine but with very little food. Was REALLY ill! Have learnt my lesson. I hope everyone else's week is going well. See you next Friday.

We were out celebrating my husband's 40th last night, I'm hoping all my beautiful, energetic dancing will have burnt off a few calories ... Along with the long walk home!! Happy days π
Well done - each lb off is taking you to where you want to be I hardly drink when I am trying to lose weight - I'd rather have my calories in food form!

Yes drinking is very high on calories so I shouldn't really although at weekends it does get tempting! Oh well, this weekend am cutting back. Have a good weekend.
