Just weighed myself and thought I'd only lost 1lb but have just put it onto my MFP app and realised that it is 2.8lb!!!! since last week. OMG am SO chuffed nearly cried but have got big grin on my face LOL. Thanks everyone for keeping me going with posts you all write and myself-new week and must stay in control. YEH WOO HOO!!!

Well done, its a nice feeling when you have lost keep up the good work this week.
Blew it last night-bad habits kick in when things 'get to me" i.e. worrying about family. will restart today but annoyed with my self that I let things get to me. Didn't help either that I got on scales last night and weighed the same after all the exercises / cycling I'd done past few days, thought I'd have really lost lbs!!
Don't worry start again today we all do it you just need to move on. Don't keep weighing yourself just do it once a week at the same time of day or even leave it longer if you want. I know you are worrying about family but it couldn't have helped you when you weighed and hadn't lost weight, you need to stop being so tough on yourself and give it time. I find a long soak in the bath helps me when i'm going to binge eat it lets you have time to get over the craving and think about what you were about to do to your body. New start today you can do it, let me know how you get on.
