I tried a Spinning class today, wanted to do something different, more intense and it definitely was. It was only 30 minutes but I haven't sweated so much for a very long time. Felt relieved afterwards but also good that I did.

Thats great, good for you! im thinking of taking up an exercise class or two after my holiday a little nervous by the idea but as you say will up intensity and i think thats what i need right now. Glad you are feeling so good about it and enjoying it, keep it up and im sure it will start to be a bit easier
