Hello I’m Tricia , Tommy morning s my partner that’s where the name comes from , I was in hospital with COVID-19 for 1 week it was 10 weeks ago , I was bad at the time but feel ok now but it made me want to get healthy I stopped alcohol and I am trying to eat healthy but need a bit of help , that’s why I joined .

Hi Tommy58, you've had a rough time hopefully you will improve day by day, I joined about a fortnight ago, and it was hearing about the virus and being overweight that made me decide that I had to make some changes, Hope you have a good week 🚶♀️❤🤞
Thank you , sorry not been on here too much , I think I thort it was a bit more than it is , not being awful but thort there wud be recipe ideas and tips on getting healthy , unless I’m missing something , it mite be me not using it properly , but anyway good luck with ur weight loss and stay healthy X
