My exercise class had been closed for the last two weeks, due to school holidays. I have really missed them. I am 78 years old, and due to
osteoporosis, I go to Sit and be Fit (sitting exercise to music). I'm sure that it would suit some of the people that find exercise too difficult. People of all ages go, some with disabilities. It's for ankles, knees, and all over body is included. Thought that this suggestion might help some of you.

Shame you haven't been able to go to your class! You could try really creating your own version at home?! Sounds like a great idea for people who are disabled of have trouble taking part in vigorous activity! Hope you class starts again soon! Best wishes! 🌸
What a great idea never heard of it before but sounds good. Hope they start again soon. Maybe try some of the exercises at home keep you active til you can get back to the class. Have a good week
