Started using my new DVD, and broke into a sweat, it was really enjoyable, and set me up for the day. Tomorrow is Low impact HIT, and I'm looking forward to it!!!. Didn't feel like eating much today I wonder if this is due to the exercise that I had done that morning? I will see how things progress after week one.

Walk On 21 Day Weight Loss Plan by Jessica Smith. Its two DVDs available from Amazon. Day 1 Cardio Core Walk, Day 2 Low Impact HIT Walk, Day 3 Tred and Shred (interval strength training and walking, Day 4 Stride, Stretch and Relax; helps to stretch sore muscles. Each sessions lasts 30 mins, and you rest on the 5th day. I tend to do it first thing as it gets me going! I am also combining with my weekly pilates, yoga, and core strength sessions at my local gym. You can find Jessica Smith on YouTube; her free sessions are on: JESSICASMITHTV.COM I enjoy her classes as you can mix and match depending on your fitness level, and health.

Thanks I will look into it when I get back from my holiday. I've just got home after an hour of Pilates which I love but ouch do I ache!

Its a lovely way to exercise and you get excellent results too! Although I need to lose some weight, I do find that my muscle tone has improved thanks to Pilates. Let me know how you get on when you eventually get the DVD.
