Hi been following 12 week plan for 6 weeks half way through, just cut down and check all I eat, have note book to put it all in , I still eat the things I like just in small amounts ,its working for me now the wife is trying as well , iv lost 12lb only 2 lb a week but little by little it seems to be working, think small steps are the way to go.
