Hi..silly question..how long does it take to lose spare tyre..muffin top...need to lose mid section of lose fat around stomach..but feels like forever...help...

I'd be surprised if anyone can predict that for you, especially virtually, all I can tell you is that it's not possible to control where you burn stored fat from, sure if you Google it you'll find a host of websites offering to sell you solutions in way creams and wraps, or offer advice like rubbing the area you want to lose the fat from whilst participating in Cardio Exercise. :)

Good Luck with the rest your journey I am sure it will go eventually if you persevere.
