Welcome to the group, the plan is great to use as starting blocks, you can adapt it to suit your needs as you go along. Best advice i can give is to set yourself smaller goals to aim for 7lbs is much easier to focus on than 3st, accept that you will have bad days and not let them ruin all your good work and finally make changes that you can sustain long term, i.e. always eat breakfast, or cous cous instead of pasta, little changes you make will eventually become habit and make losing weight so much more enjoyable as you wont be constantly thinking about doing it. Just started too with 3st to lose as well. Seems likes there's lots of good advice and support on here. Never joined anything like this before but think it will help keep the momentum going. Good luck!
Ive never heard that, i find its less calories and just filling, but thats me. Everybodys different
Hi newbie. I'm new too and also have about 3 stone to lose but I'm doing it in sets of 12 weeks to break it down. I'm also being sponsored to raise money for Great Ormond Street Hospital. Now I HAVE to stick to it!! 😉😉 Good luck on your journey.
