35g Porridge Oats

200ml unsweetened almond milk

150g Fresh Raspberries

Raspberries and strawberries are a real gift when calorie counting at only 25 cals per 100g - I could eat them like sweets and often do!

Asda do a really nice 6 pack of their own brand lemon mousse which are only 89 calories each - a bowl full of raspberries with a mousse spooned on top makes a really tasty dessert for no more than about 140 calories - mmmmmmm :)
