Hey

Good luck on the 5:2! I've lost 5 pounds after two weeks on it! Which is good, but don't think I'll keep up that weight loss indefinitely. sure it will slow down. I do feel very tired on the fast day so maybe I'm not drinking enough water. So watch that. I find my cups of tea and coffee use up too many calories too, :( but I really don't like black tea and coffee, so that's hard for me! But what is good is you can look forward to nice big cups of tea and coffee the next day! I posted some oat and Blueberry Pancakes on here from a fast book too. And they were yummy

Good luck! Xx

Well done you! I always weighed myself the morning after my second fast day, post-wee pre-tea. As long as that's the only time you weigh yourself each week the scales should continue to show lighter. If they don't for a week or so don't panic - I plateaued a few times but still lost my three stone in six months.

As for the language settings, have a look at healthunlocked.com/settings and check your 'language preference' further down the page.
