What kinda thing are you doing? Calorie counting, 5:2 etc... im also chatty always happy to play cheerleader when needed lol

I'm calorie counting. I know I should eat lots of fruit and veg and I try to stick to unprocessed food as much as I can. My fitbit says I'm burning around 2600 cals a day and sometimes I feel like I'm over eating to try and have the right amount of calories. Seems I either binge or starve I can never find the in between xx
hi, i start my 12 weeks nhs Calorie counting 5:2 thingy tomorrow - and despite not appearing to be - i am very planned out and ready for this. - i visit here daily since i found it last week and i always have something to say - lol so i'm here if you want to chat my lovely.
And chat about anything from weight to goals or my daughters new snail collection - anything
I wear a fitbit 24/7 and use the free MyFitnessPal to count calories - but I never eat back my exercise calories when I'm trying to lose weight, they're a bonus! This little video explains more about the 5:2 Diet and I'm happy to answer any questions you have.
