Not sure if tonight I will stick to my dry January!!!! But won't over do or undo all my work.

Hi June! I am almost finishing my first week of diet too, I'll go on the scales on Monday. I have done 40 min everyday on my stationary bike while watching a tv show, and I have been counting the calories. I feel my clothes are looser, which is a nice feeling. A piece of advice on drinks: if you feel you really want to drink something tonight, because it's a social routine you have, avoid wine and cyder, which are very sugary drinks and opt for vodka soda, which is the best alcoholic option. If you are more into beers, have a lager shandy to reduce the intake. Whatever you do tonight, have fun and make sure you burn it out tomorrow, xx
