Went on ok but kind of start feeling hungry around 4 in the evening n the craving lasts until 8 pm though I had saved up my calories for this time , was finding all kinds of excuses to skip workout but pushed myself and finished it feeling accomplished .hope I stay motivated☺️

The feelings do pass, and as your stomach gets used to not having as much bulk in it, or not having food put in it as often, then you will feel less and less hungry - so do persevere! I used to be continually snacking and picking and nibbling - but now just have the 3 meals a day, with maybe a small snack before bed. They also said that cravings can be overcome by distraction - so maybe that is the ideal time for the workout!!
