Weigh in week 9

Well this week i stayed the same, im happy with this as i overindulged xmas day, but it was nice to see i could limit myself and stay the same weight, where in the past i wouldve gained xmas day alone. This tells me im starting to learn to make the right choices

Well heres to another week and lets hope the weight goes down for all of us
