hi only lost a pound this week but not getting put off im going to keep going just a bit down but went to taybarns and takaway last week going to try n do some more walking see if i get off next week

Losing even a pound is good..im trying snack a jacks this week ..51 calories each...when I fancy a treat..have a good week..

Hi thats a fantastic amount to loose in 3 weeks! you have done brilliantly! only lost half a pond this week and a gain the week before started at start of the month and only 7.5 lb off and want to lose about 5 and a half stone. Turning 50 in july and really want to be in better shape

im turning 50 this year too im 4.11inches reached 14 stone the biggest ive ever been nurse says I need to lose weight as for my age if I don't change my life style could get heart disease and im a worrier as it is im 50 in april im going to blackpool and going to go sixty style so I ve got my goal to lose 2half stone for then can I ask u what diet u are on

Hi kazz i 5'1 and 14 stone and half a lb! Biggest i have ever been too it sucks! Know i need to lose or risk health issues not really following a diet as such just trying to change to healthy eating and no sugary food drinking plenty of water and snacking on millar lite yogurts etc ! We can do it!

If the NHS 12 week plan is not working for you, have a look at cutting down the amount of carbohydrates you eat, especially things like sugar, white bread and cereals. Stick to good quality vegetables, protein and natural fats. Using slimming products is ok for a short time, but your body needs real, unprocessed food to function properly.
