Thank you ever so much. My folks don't have internet so working with mobile Internet which is useless. It takes at least two weeks to download one email!

Hope you manage to weigh-in successfully - it sounds like you're struggling with your internet connection. Good luck with it. I've noticed that the internet seems quite sluggish today - probably because it's Cyber Monday.
